Plus, his approach to providing exemplary customer service has been anything but simple. CIC did a great job repairing my car ( i think it looks better than when I got it, lol). I liked that i got text messages along the way so i always knew the status. The process was made easier by the fact that they work directly with Geico and were able to get them all the info they needed and i didn't have to be an intermediary. If you are ever in need of repair services, i highly recommend them.
